Chongqing has always occupied an important position in the field of micro-tillage machines and has a reputation as the "China Micro-tillage Machine Capital" in the industry. Data from the China Agricultural Machinery Association show that there are 303 micro-tillage machine manufacturers in the country in 2022, of which 139 are in Chongqing.
With the vigorous promotion of high-standard farmland construction and the diversified development of the agricultural industry, the use of micro-tillage machines is being lost. Our city is in urgent need of exploring a new way to iterate and upgrade the "iron cow" in hilly and mountainous areas.
Not long ago, the General Office of the Municipal Government issued the "Chongqing Agricultural Machinery Equipment R&D, Manufacturing, Promotion and Application Integrated Development Action Plan (2023-2027)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), proposing that by 2027, our city will build a national hilly and mountainous agricultural machinery equipment R&D and manufacturing highland, and successfully create a national hilly and mountainous agricultural machinery equipment advanced manufacturing industry cluster.
