On September 19, in order to support large-scale equipment renewal and trade-in of consumer goods, the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission recently issued the "Notice on the Implementation Plan of Chongqing's Super-Long-Term Special National Debt to Support Agricultural Machinery Scrapping and Renewal Subsidy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"). Among them, the maximum subsidy for agricultural machinery that meets the scrapping conditions is 30,000 yuan.
The "Notice" clearly states that the subsidy recipients are farmers and rural collective economic organizations, farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, agricultural enterprises and other organizations engaged in agricultural production and operation in Chongqing. The scope of agricultural machinery scrapping and renewal subsidies specifically includes tillers, seeders, combine harvesters, rice transplanters, etc.
