1. Advantages of the machine

③Generally, F178 and F186 air-cooled diesel engines are used as power, and the power itself has good reliability;
④The weight of the whole machine is moderate, generally around 100Kg, with good tillage effect, high operating efficiency and wide application range;
⑤This model is the most popular and best-selling model on the market, and is generally accepted by users. If it enters the market, it can save a lot of promotion and publicity costs.
⑥This model has great advantages in operating in hard ground, large fields, shallow water fields, water-soaked fields and other regions.
2. Insufficient models
① If a general gasoline engine is used as the power, the power is easy to be damaged. If a water-cooled diesel engine is used as the power, the weight of the whole machine is heavy and difficult to transport. Therefore, it is generally better to choose F178 and F186 air-cooled diesel engines as the power for this type of machine;
② The countershaft and reverse gear shaft in the gearbox are both cantilever beam structures with poor rigidity, and the gears are easily damaged due to uneven force;
③ Since two sets of straight bevel gears are used for reversing and deceleration, and tapered bearings are used to overcome the axial force of the bevel gears, the manufacturing cost of the chassis is relatively high.
